Dental Missions
Scouts Royale Brotherhood (SRB) members with its partnership with Alpha Phi Omega in the field of dentistry join forces in reaching out to communities despearte need of oral health care and education in different parts of the country. The Dental Mission Projects of SRB is committed to assist in providing free tooth extraction to marginilized population regardless of their religous or political belief, economic and social circumstance.
Medical Missions
SRB Service Fraternity had leaded many Medical Missions in different part of the country even the most far part of the archipelago. SRB commits its members in leading and providing opportunity to indigent fellow citizen in different communities who can't afford to attend to their medical needs. SRB provide free medical consultation and free medicine to the participants in the Medical Missions projects.
Environmental
Projects
In fulfilling its commitment to the community in rendering service SRB leads as well in protecting the environment by participating in tree planting activities and other community beautification like adopt a waiting shed, adopt a park and others that will help to protect and help the community and environment.

The first fraternity to ever join the Pinagbenga parade with its own float, SRB is committed in uniting its members through Leadership, Friendship and Service. The Pinagbenga Festival is one of the most glamours festival in the country and having the oppurtunity to participate to such event, it uplifts the level of fraternities in breaking the tradition of violence by joining the community in promoting it beauty and culture.
